Cosmedic Lab privacy policy establishes how it uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website. Cosmedic Lab is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should the Cosmedic Lab ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. 

For us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advise us of any factors that may affect your treatment. Attending your follow up appointments (post-treatment) is a key part of the treatment process. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment. 

TERMINATION OF THE CLINIC-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP 
Cosmedic Lab reserves the right to terminate any clinic-patient relationship at any time, especially if in the clinical opinion of the staff, the patient is not suitable for further care. In this case, the clinic may offer patient alternative doctors/therapists/clinic to continue their treatments. 

NEW GUEST BOOKINGS 

For first time appointments, the Cosmedic Lab may charge a deposit (of $50 or above) which will be forfeited for a no show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment without cancellation. 

CANCELLATIONS  

Treatments and services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.  

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. 

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.  

REFUNDS 

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.  

We don’t refund for change of mind; however, we may use our discretion if we believe the treatments purchased by you, cannot be provided to you (eg, your skin type might be deemed as unsuitable for the treatment you purchased). 

Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you. 

Any request for a refund must be made in writing and issued to bianca@cosmediclab.com.ay for our consideration. Cosmedic Lab may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required. 

You will be required to have an in-clinic assessment by one of our Health Professionals before receiving a refund. 

PAYMENT 
We accept EFTPOS, AMEX, Afterpay and cash only.  

Cosmedic Lab does have a minimum spend per appointment. Injectable appointments being $250 and Skin treatments $150. This must be the lowest amount paid after all discounts and referrals have been taken off. 

Imbibe and Synergy Skin products do not have a minimum cost.  

REFERRALS   

Receive $100 off you next treatment when a referral has been made and referral has completed their treatment/s. Name must be provided to redeem offer. Only one referral can be used per treatment/appointment and minimal spending of $250 per transaction. Can receive unlimited refer a friend offer if redeemed as stated. 

CLINIC GIFT CARDS 
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are also non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

MODIFICATION TO PRICING AND SERVICES 
Pricing for our products, services, treatments and programs are subject to change without notice. 
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of these (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
