Our mission

With a passion for education, development, skin, and women’s health, Cosmedic Lab is the home for a boutique and custom skin and ageing treatments. Every consultation and treatment is unique to each individual ensuring they feel safe, understood, and effective. Our primary goal is to create a holistic environment that delves into issues beyond the surface and creates space for every individual to walk out feeling the best version of themselves.

Taking a long-term approach to finding the root cause of skin health and using the most current and effective corrective and procedural treatments available, Cosmedic lab provides men and women of all ages with proven results and a foundation for beautiful and radiant skin.

After years of working in the injectable and cosmetic industry, nurse Bianca has gained an exhaustive knowledge in skin, ageing and clinical education. Coupling this knowledge with her desire for men and women to feel the best from the inside out, Cosmedic Lab is a space where you can go beyond the skin and find the root cause of issues you have been dealing with for years.

Bianca’s story

Bianca always dreamed of creating a welcoming, integrated space where women could come to feel like the best version of themselves. That dream became a reality with the creation of Cosmedic Lab.

With 12 years of nursing experience, including time spent at one of Adelaide’s major metropolitan hospitals, Bianca reached a turning point—she realised her passion for traditional nursing had faded, and it was time to explore new possibilities. Cosmetic nursing kept calling her, offering the perfect blend of her love for aesthetics and patient care. It gave her the opportunity to help people feel confident in their own skin, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Three years ago, Bianca made the big move from Adelaide to Queensland, bringing her family and two children in search of a more relaxed and fulfilling lifestyle. It was in this moment that she realised she could no longer work for someone else—she needed to create something of her own. That’s when Cosmedic Lab was born—a space built with passion, purpose, and the desire to help people feel and look their best.

With over 9 years of experience working with two of Australia’s leading aesthetic companies, Bianca has established herself at the forefront of the industry. As a clinical educator, she has spent the past few years training nurses and doctors in the latest, safest, and most effective cosmetic techniques.

Her passion runs deeper than just aesthetics—she is dedicated to educating both clients and colleagues on the importance of safe, ethical, and results-driven treatments. In an industry that sometimes faces criticism, Bianca stands by her mission: to ensure cosmetic procedures are done for the right reasons, with integrity, care, and expert knowledge at the core of every treatment
