Bianca always dreamed of creating a space where women could feel like the best version of themselves, and Cosmedic Lab is the realisation of that vision opening in 2023. With 15 years of nursing experience at one of Adelaide’s major metropolitan hospitals, Bianca felt her spark fading and knew it was time to pivot.
Cosmetic nursing reignited her passion, blending her love for aesthetics with her dedication to patient care. With over 9 years of experience at leading aesthetic companies across Australia, Bianca has become a trailblazer in her field. As a clinical educator, she trains nurses and doctors in cutting-edge treatments and safe practices.
Deeply passionate about her craft, Bianca is committed to reshaping the industry with integrity—educating clients and colleagues to prioritise safety, ethics, and meaningful results.
Deb
SENIOR DERMAL THERAPIST AT NOOSAVILLE
I'm Deb, dermal therapist, which I started into in 1997, so there isn't much I haven't seen in the world of skin!I'm very much into health and longevity - when the skin and body feel good, they look good! When I'm not improving skins in the clinic, you'll find me teaching dance in my own studio.
My favourite treatment is Hydrafacial, because this serum-based skin resurfacing gives laser-like results without the need for a laser and without any downtime!My favourite product has always been and always will be Synergie Vitamin B.
This impressively strong serum has multiple benefits for almost any skin, and results are fast!My goal for both myself and my clients is to always look about 10 years younger than your chronological age, and with some diligent care, this can be a reality!

COSMETIC NURSE AT NOOSA & NORTHGATE
As a skilled and compassionate cosmetic nurse, Masyn is passionate about helping her clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.Beginning her nursing career in 2020, Nurse Masyn has gained extensive experience in delivery high quality patient care and advanced medical procedures in multiple fields such as Rural, Medical and Community nursing.
With a strong foundation in medical aesthetics, she has completed a Practitioner Course in Aesthetics being trained by leading Cosmetic Nurses, and our own clinic founder Bianca.Masyn focuses on delivering natural, harmonious results that enhance your beauty and confidence. She ensures that every treatment is safe, effective and customised to your unique needs.
Nurse Masyn’s favourite treatments are Lip Enhancements and skin treatments. Building therapeutic relationships with her clients is very important to Masyn as she joins them in support throughout their aesthetic journey.

COSMETIC NURSE AT NORTHGATE
I’ve been working as a Cosmetic Nurse since 2023 and also work as an Oncology Nurse.
I love tailoring my treatments for my clients to focus on holistic and natural outcomes that celebrate everyone’s individual beauty.
My favourite treatments are Rejuran and PRP skin needling and I’m super passionate about educating my clients on their skin health and the importance of sun protection! In my spare time you can find me at the gym, reading a book or cooking.

COSMETIC NURSE AT NORTHGATE
With a Bachelor of Nursing (2008) and a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing (2016), I have been dedicated to facial aesthetics since 2017.
Passionate about enhancing natural beauty, I take a holistic approach to create balanced, harmonious and safe results tailored to each individual. My favorite treatment is the combination of cheeks and chin - whether to sculpt, enhance, or restore volume.
Beyond aesthetics, I find joy in sketching and painting - a hobby that sharpens my eye for detail.

SKIN THERAPIST AT NOOSA & NORTHGATE
With a passion for skin health and helping clients feel confident in their skin, Georgia specialises in advanced skin treatments including skin needling and chemical peels. She loves creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each client’s skin concerns and goals.
Having worked within the beauty industry for four years, Georgia is passionate about achieving healthy, glowing, results-driven skin and supporting clients throughout their skin journey.
Her favourite treatment is skin needling for the visible improvements and confidence it can build over time.
Outside of the clinic, Georgia enjoys beach days, Pilates and spending time with friends.

BEAUTY AND MASSAGE THERAPIST AT NOOSA
With over 40 years of experience as a Beauty and Massage Therapist, Joanne brings an exceptional depth of knowledge, hands-on expertise and a genuine passion for skin health and wellbeing.
Her career has taken her across industries and continents, including owning and operating her own beauty business in Canada before relocating to Australia. Since making the Sunshine Coast home, Joanne has continued to work with a diverse range of clients, developing an extensive understanding of skin health, advanced beauty treatments and personalised care.
Known for her warmth, empathy and compassion, Joanne believes every treatment should be tailored to the individual — combining a nurturing experience with a strong focus on healthy, radiant, results-driven skin. Building trust with her clients is at the heart of her approach, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for and confident throughout their treatment journey.
